I'm starting a healthier lifestyle XD

I'm going to eat 1/2 chilli pepper every day (weight loss), drink a bottle of water, and I'm breaking up with sweets. Not totally of course XDDD I'm just stopping with having sugar in 2/3 of what I eat every day - yup, I'm not joking. I was eating like that XP

I'm not too fat (63kg weight and 165cm height), but it's not a perfect weight also. Even though some of the kilos are muscles (I got the additional weight after trainings, but I look the same as before).

Sooo, I think that I should try. :)
Even just to check if I can XD

Maybe going out of bed will be a little easier with less weight...
If not... Well. It's still worth trying x.x
